Welcome to Transition Elevated. By accessing or using this website at utahtransitionelevated.org (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use this Site.

Transition Elevated is operated by the Utah State Board of Education as an educational resource for students, families, educators, and community partners navigating postsecondary transition for individuals with disabilities.

By accessing or using this Site, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Transition Elevated provides educational resources, tools, and information related to postsecondary transition planning for students with disabilities in Utah. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Information for educators, families, students, and community partners
  • A resource center with curated transition-related content
  • A contact form for submitting questions and feedback

3. Permitted Use

You may use this Site for lawful, personal, educational, and non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to:

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the greater of fifty dollars ($50) or the amount you have paid us in the past six months (which is likely zero, as this is a free public resource).
